When not managing his creative agency, Stanley can be found speaking, presenting, and conducting workshops at esteemed institutions such as NYU, Launchpad Toronto, TheFutur, HXOUSE, and more. In his free time, he also engages in social impact initiatives and community betterment efforts.
Stanley currently has over 1,400 students who are benefiting from his design sprint methodology. He has designed products that are used by millions and his work has generated billions of dollars in transactions.
His lifelong mission is to educate people on the importance of design as a crucial investment in shaping a better future for all. Stanley believes that a well-designed framework can drive a massive transformation in how we lead our lives, build our products, shape our culture, and improve laws and policies that affect every individual.

Ken Weary is the COO of Hotjar, the SMB leader in online behavioral analytics. Ken joined Hotjar in 2016, a year after the company publicly launched its product. Since joining, he has scaled the remote first culture of the company from a team of 14 to over 300 people distributed across more than 40 countries (and growing). In his role, he oversees the company’s Finance, People, Compliance, and Business Operations Divisions.
Ken is also a digital nomad and has been traveling with his family across Central America, Europe, and Africa for nearly eight years. His unique personal and professional background makes him a sought after speaker and subject for conferences, podcasts, and online content focused on the future of work. He was even interviewed for Liam Robin and Rob Rawson’s “Running Remote” a new book that chronicles how successful remote companies have used distributed work to build amazing products, increase productivity, and provide new and unique freedoms for their teams.
Prior to his travels, Ken held leadership positions in traditional corporate environments where he gained great experience but was tied to his desk. He relishes life “outside the cube”.

In her first week on the job Sarah was tasked with redesigning the navigation for the world's biggest D2C bicycle brand. Since then, she's championed core principles of UX to help millions of global customers find the perfect bike. Sarah is a gravel cyclist, mom, fermenter of foods and UX evangelist (although not necessarily in that order). Originally from Colorado (US), she swapped mountains for canals, making Hamburg, Germany her home in 2013. Sarah loves the challenge of mentoring others in the delicate balance between user needs and business goals in e-commerce and has worked at Canyon Bicycles since early 2021.
